Sahel is a new app that was launched last week for people to ease governmental tasks in Kuwait and to make things easier for individuals.
The App was supposed to be dynamic meaning that It is not just showing you information about a specific governmental task but rather will help you to get your paperwork done online.
Optimistically I waited for the App to be released since the announcement as I was hoping it would be as strong as Absher in KSA. Unfortunately, it ended up being a huge letdown.
The good things :

The Bad Things :

Connecting it to PACI made the process unefficient as validation through PACI is bugged

if PACI went down for maintenance or anything happened to the servers, then the App will be down

The bandwidth is low, as it can’t tolerate the demand of people who trying to log-in at once

You can’t logged in due to many bugs in the app which suppose to be fixed during testing phase
Releasing the App while in the pre-deployment stage is just a bad idea because you will lose people’s interest and the official release was postpone till Wed. 15/09/21 Last week and that didn’t go well too.
Overall, I wish they do fix the bugs and improve the App overall but as a start, it doesn’t look promising.
